Hailie Crull

Hailie was born and raised in Nebraska, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Doane University. Following graduation, she worked as a laboratory technician in a virology laboratory specializing in the manufacturing of veterinary pharmaceuticals. Driven by her interest in reproductive science, Hailie furthered her education by earning a certificate in Applied Reproductive Biology in North Carolina before relocating to Knoxville in 2026.

This transition has allowed Hailie to expand her laboratory expertise while perusing her passion for reproductive medicine. She is committed to supporting patients throughout their fertility journeys by maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality, precision, and patient care.
